Pursuant to Decree Law 196/2003 regarding the protection of personal data and subsequent provisions by the Guarantor of electronic transmissions, the Owner of the Data Processing, Must S.r.l., hereby states that this website, mustsrl.it, does not handle sensitive data and in particular, does not use the data collected to profile customers for commercial reasons.
The only moment when data is collected (limited to the user’s name, surname, email address) is through the “Contacts” form, where the user has to authorise their data to be collected and processed. This authorisation is provided through the option on the aforesaid form. In any case, the data collected shall exclusively be used to contact the user in response to the user’s request using the aforesaid form and the data shall not be shared with third parties.
